          What A Great Experience!

In designing our front yard, with the challenging environment of two 60 year old spruce trees, Michelle opened our eyes with her knowledge of landscape design, species selection, and keen staging skills. We are so happy with the end product and thank Michelle for her guidance and efforts.  Shane Scott from Calgary, AB

It is a nice garnish to be added on top of your spaghetti or on top of a tasty appetizer. It's a strong savory tasting herb that can brighten up the taste of your food.

            2. Rosemary: Rosemary is a strong scented and tasting herb that can be compared to the taste of pine. It is a herb that goes perfectly with potato's, in sauce, with meat, vegetables or fish. Cooked together with these many things it leaves a strong flavor and aroma that can add more flavor to your dish.

            3. Sage: Sage or Salvia is an a herb that is a part of the mint family. And is sometimes mistaken for a flower because of it's tall stems that have purple or pink petals on them. They not only look and smell delightful, but they can also be used in cooking as well. Sage is mostly used for seasoning meat, sauce and vegetables, but can be known to be a overpowering and should be used lightly.

            4. Green onions: This plant is extremely easy to grow, it grows fast and does not need much space. If you are a inside gardener they are easy to grow indoors. Green onions can be used in a vast variety of dishes and gives an mild onion flavor for those who might like the strong taste that onions bring. They also can be used on top of your dish for a crisp texture.
